Set up Doxy on a new Dell laptop today. Using Chrome. The client could see and hear me; I could see the client, but not hear her. Had to go back to my old laptop to conduct the session. Is there something I have to do to enable the client’s audio?
I had a similar issue with a new laptop a couple months ago - very frustrating! The issue kept occurring with both microphone and/or speaker issues on my part. Restarting my laptop always solved the problem, but took time when a patient was waiting. The final solution for me was after a couple calls to Lenovo (you would call Dell), it ended up being an issue with the driver for the speaker and microphone. For some reason it didn’t update like is should - they were able to fix it by taking remote control of my computer. No problems since! (fingers crossed lol)
