The text message invites are not going through to the patients. I have even tried several different workers phones with no success. Is this an issue going on or just happening to me?
Hi @Dr.ZTayeb I’m sorry for the trouble. I just attempted a few numbers and they all worked. We may need to take this issue to our support team to look into. I’m going to cc you on a email to email@example.com to kick off that process to get a bit more information and dig into possible issues.
