Once again text message invites are failing. I repeatedly get this message, “Something went wrong with message service, please try again later or use another way to invite.” The problem is that with many patients who only use a smartphone there is no other way to invite. I can send an email but many folks don’t check email regularly these days.
Hi Dave, could you reach out to email@example.com with this? There are lots of reasons why SMS can fail, and support could look into the exact issue you are seeing?
Every time I get this message I call the patient and find I cannot reach them by phone, either. In other words, there is something wrong with their phone or phone service.
