Text messages are not going through to patients. Tried it with staff and doesn’t go to them either. Thanks!
Our site (clinic account) had multiple instances yesterday and today where invitations were went (the check mark appeared in the doxy.me invitation window) but the patient either never received the invitation or received it far later than expected (10-15 minute delay). The issue happened with multiple providers and patients on/off over the entire day yesterday and is still occurring this morning. Any ideas from anyone at doxy.me?
