I get immediate notifications of someone checking in to my room via Email & Chrome notification BUT my TEXT notifications are coming about an hour after the patient checks in. Bug? Anyone else?
Thank you for posting, @DrTaras. We did notice a trend yesterday that text messages may be delayed or failed to be delivered to T-Mobile subscribers (or any that use T-Mobile’s networks). According to our vendor, that issue should be resolved as of 4:00 AM EDT today, but they are continuing to monitor.
