Trouble with 1 client not being heard

Hi all,

I use frequently with all of my clients but right now I have someone who I can’t hear at all. We have had to do the video piece via and the audio piece by phone simultaneously. She has tried using a headphone mic and going without it. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Thank you for posting, @megvbcrcc. Normally, I would direct people to this Help article first, but it seems like you’ve already tried a lot of that troubleshooting. I would suggest emailing with the date(s) and time(s) where you had this issue so we can try to find the root cause.

if the client has a Lenovo machine, there is a Vantage program associated with it that turns the mic off. If they get into the Lenovo Vantage and turn the mic on, that fixes it.
