Turn Off Messaging

Hi. This is my first time using this Community Support, so I hope I’m posting this correctly.

My question is, is there a way I can turn off the messaging option while on a call?
Ex: I don’t want my client using it to type to me while we are already on a video call together.
(The chatroom in the lower left-hand corner.)

You are able to turn off patient initiated chats on the clinic version. It is not available on our Free & Professional accounts.
