User Management - Groups

We are creating shared waiting rooms for physical locations. From a provisioning and user management standpoint, it would be great to be able to set up groups for our various users that could then be associated with a waiting room(s).

For example, we may have a team of users that need to be added to 10 different waiting rooms that are associated with the clinics they serve. We’ll have to go through and add those users to 10 different waiting rooms and this will have to be done every time a new member joins their team.

It would be ideal if we could create a group that is assigned to those 10 waiting rooms and when we add a user to that group, they automatically get access to those waiting rooms. This would greatly speed up provisioning.
