Video working then shuts off

I got a new Lenovo computer last week. I use Edge as it has been the best for consistent and seamless audio and visual during meetings.

Since getting this new computer the video will be working when I begin a new meeting then suddenly goes black. It doesn’t say I have turned off the camera and I made sure doxy permissions for video are marked approved in my settings.

Any suggestions?

I’m on an old computer using Chrome and I have the same problem. I can still see and hear the client but the client can only hear me; this often happens around 39 minutes into a session.
