When I meet with clients on my iPad sometimes their voice is extremely loud while the volume on my device is all the way down without being muted. Are there volume settings in my doxy.me account? Has anyone else had this issue? The problem could be on my clients’ end, but they have told me that when they turn their volume down, they can’t hear me. Any help would be welcome.
I second this. I cannot control it with any of my computer settings. Please help it is very loud!
