Hello, I am a Provider with a paid subscription. My last payment was processed on 11/25/20. I am receiving an error message that says “you are not a member” and unable to log in. Please help!
Yes I am having the same issue! I hope someone knows what is going on.
I managed to fix it on mine by deleting the shortcut I was using and typing in the url directing into the address bar. The link I had on my shortcuts appears to have been hacked and the url changed to try to collect my information. I deleted it and made a new shortcut with the correct url and am able to log in just fine. Changing all my passwords though. I hate getting hacked.
